带框无砂大孔混凝土结构是一种适用于高层住宅的新结构,上海市一九八七年底已通过了该种结构的设计与施工成套技术的市级鉴定。由于带框无砂混凝土结构中引入无砂大孔混凝土材料,所以在施工工艺上遇到了从无砂混凝土材性、制作工艺到整体混凝土的成形工艺和钢筋绑扎等一系列与新结构有关的技术问题。通过近几年来上海长白地区二幢带框无砂混凝土试点高层住宅工程的实践,上述问题得到了较好的解决。本文就这种新结构施工中的施工工艺及无砂混凝土与结构中其他分项工程的施工关系以及施工管理特点作一介绍。

This article gives an introduction to the construction process of the new structure construction and the construction relationship between the non-sand concrete and other sub-projects in the structure as well as the construction management characteristics.
