甘豪煤矿副立井筒为素混凝土井壁,采用金属移动模板自上而下短段掘砌施工。由于井筒较深(从井口至井底水窝478米),穿过含水层及施工不善等原因,井筒施工完毕后,在井壁上出现数处出水点,井筒淋帮水达18.16米~3/时,局部井壁强度低于设计标号,有蜂窝麻面存在,达不到验收规范规定“总淋水量不得超过10米~3/时”的要求。
