我校初三(1)班共有四十五人,其中干部子弟二十二人,农民了弟二十三人。上学期我担任該班班主任,发現有这么一种情况:有些干部子弟对农村不熟悉,不了解旧社会里农民受压迫、受剝削、和农民间反动派、地主阶級作斗爭的情况;来自农村的同学,对干部、中小学毕业生参加农业生产第一綫有不正确的看法,认为迟参加生产不如早参加生产,因而在学习上进取心不强,碰到困难就气餒。这样一来,全班約有一半同学不大用心学习,作业潦草,紀律松弛,損害公共財物的現象,也时有出现。
