病历摘要患者田某,女,71岁,家妇,因心悸气短,呼吸困难,于1975年12月15日急诊入院。患者心慌气短,乏力,跟睑及下肢浮肿已二年。逐渐加重。于入院十天前自觉心慌气短加重,呼吸困难、不能平卧、咳嗽、咯黄痰伴胸闷、腹胀,纳差、尿少,无心前区痛及腰痛。曾在门诊诊为“呼吸道炎症”,用土霉素、双氢克尿噻治疗,浮肿减轻,因心慌气短,呼吸困难加重而住院。
