嵌顿痔较为常见,据我院临床统计,约为内痔、混合痔病人的4:1,国内对嵌顿痔处理多用抗菌素、中药内服及外用等保守疗法。国外对嵌顿痔的处理,早在1961年就开始手术治疗。我院既往对嵌顿痔曾采用中药内服、外敷与熏洗,配合内服或肌注抗生素,待水肿消退、血栓消失,嵌顿内痔复位后再行手术,疗程较长,病人痛苦较大。近几年通过中西医结合急症内扎外切手术治疗100例
