随着政府对高职院校职业技能鉴定的不断重视,我们需要深入探究高职院校职业技能鉴定工作中存在的定位不准确、培训缺乏系统性、考评员队伍结构不合理、职业技能鉴定设备不够完备等问题。在分析的基础上,提出了准确定位、健全管理机制,做好课程教学与职业技能鉴定内容的有效衔接、加强考评员队伍建设、完善设施设备等四方面的对策。
As the government attaches great importance to the appraisal of vocational skills in higher vocational colleges, we need to probe deeply into the inaccurate positioning of vocational skills appraisals in higher vocational colleges, the lack of systematic training, the unreasonable structure of appraisers, the occupational skill appraisal equipment Insufficient and other issues. On the basis of the analysis, the author puts forward some countermeasures such as accurate positioning, sound management mechanism, effective connection between course teaching and professional skill appraisal, strengthening the construction of team of assessors, and improvement of facilities and equipment.
