针对高温、高压、高含硫、高产及超深等复杂工况油气井,在完井及测试过程中,原有国产封隔器性能不够,而采用进口封隔器,其高昂的价格、较长的供货周期,也制约了试油完井工作的顺利展开。同时塔里木盆地新应用了第三套井身结构,需要采用新规格的封隔器。针对以上问题,江汉塔里木测试分公司与四机赛瓦公司合作开发了一款高温高压可回收式液压封隔器SHRHP,耐温耐压性能已经达到甚至超过进口可回收式液压完井封隔器,完全满足了塔里木盆地的高温高压气井的需要,获得了很好的应用效果。
