广泛用于稻田的除草剂敌稗,之所以不能伤害水稻的机理,在于水稻特有的敌稗水解酶(简称AAI)能将渗入到水稻体内的,具有杀草活性的N-(3,4-二氯苯基)丙酰胺迅速水解,从而起到解毒作用。基于高活性的AAI酶只存在于水稻的事实,笔者对稻属23种102株野生稻的AAI活性进行了普查和定量分析。弄清了敌稗对野生稻的防除效果,确立了AAI在稻属植株中的准确分布,并探讨了AAI酶在稻属植物系统分类中的作用。
The mechanism by which barnyard grass, a herbicide widely used in paddy fields, can not injure rice, is that rice-specific propanil hydrolase (abbreviated as AAI) can penetrate into the rice body and has a herbicidal activity of N- (3,4- Dichlorophenyl) propionamide rapidly hydrolyzed, thereby acting as a detoxifying agent. Based on the fact that highly active AAI enzymes exist only in rice, the author conducted a general survey and quantitative analysis of the AAI activity of 23 102-type wild rice of Oryza species. The control effect of propanil on wild rice was clarified. The accurate distribution of AAI in Oryza was established and the role of AAI in the phylogenetic classification of Oryza was discussed.
