故障现象一辆长安奥拓手动挡新车,仅行驶了7 km,出现无法挂入倒挡,但其他挡位能正常挂挡、摘挡,而且挂入后能行驶正常。故障诊断根据车主反映的情况,首先验证故障现象,发现上述故障确实存在。接着检查换挡操纵杆总成及相关部件,未发现明显异常。拆下变速器总成后进行解体,检查倒挡换挡杆分总成、5挡和倒挡换挡选挡轴总成、倒挡齿轮总成及与之啮合的齿轮,也均无明显异常。重新组装变速器,直接用手操作换挡选挡轴,发现1挡、2挡、3挡、4挡和5挡挂挡正
