在黄河小北干流放淤是处理黄河泥沙的一项战略措施,由于放淤闸河段受黄河小北干流来水来沙条件影响,河势变化十分频繁,汛期河势、主流流向等如何变化,决定放淤闸引水条件、引水时机,是放淤成功与否的关键问题之一。文章依据物理模型试验中设计引水偏有利年的部分成果,系统分析了放淤闸断面含沙量分布,引水渠引沙比变化,悬移质级配变化,引水渠处水位变化,并对引水渠开启时机、持续时间及开启度进行了初步探讨。试验结果表明设计引水时间可以得到保证。当水沙条件符合且悬沙中径合适时,也可以开闸引水,且引水期间放淤闸适当进行开启度控制运用。

The test results show that the design of water diversion time can be guaranteed. When the water and sediment conditions are in line with the proper medium diameter of suspended sediment, it can also be used for water diversion and flood control.
