According to Lishtwave’s December 1997 report, the telecommunication roadmap produced by Japan’s quasi-government Photoelectric Industrial Technology Development Association has identified Japan as the gateway to domestic households and STb / S trunk networks with a transmission rate of 100Mb / s in 2010 . The report states that the rate of 100 Gb / s for interactive transmission of trunk I-AN and 600 Mb for I-AN of distributed systems
