校企合作是当前应用型人才培养的一个重要突破口。旅游专业实践性和应用性强,加强校外实践基地建设及双师型队伍的培养,对于提高应用型本科英语旅游人才的专业、实践及综合能力有着极其重要的作用。本文以吉林华桥外国语学院英语旅游人才培养目标为依据,结合英语旅游人才校外实践现状,探索应用型本科英语旅游人才校外实践基地建设及旅游方向双师型队伍的培养策略。
The cooperation between school and enterprise is an important breakthrough in the current application of personnel training. The practical and applied tourism specialty is of great practical significance. It will play an extremely important role in enhancing the professional, practical and comprehensive abilities of applied undergraduate English tourism talents by strengthening the construction of practical bases outside the school and the training of double qualified teachers. Based on the goal of training English tourism personnel in Huaqiao Foreign Languages Institute of Jilin Province and combining with the practice status of English tourism professionals in off-campus practice, this paper explores the cultivation strategy of applying English majors in undergraduate education and setting up dual-team tourism orientation.
