题记:每位年轻教师都有自己的成长道路,在通往成功的途中,有时可能会步履艰辛,甚至会走荆棘遍地。初为人师的我们翻越学困生这座大山既是对我们成长的考验,又是一种磨砺,在此途中我们不仅收获了信心,同时也收获了孩子们纯真的爱。每个孩子都能成功作为一名刚刚参加工作的年轻教师,带着对工作的热情,对孩子们的爱,我投身到教育的行列中。在与孩子们的接触中我发现每个孩子都是天使,无论是聪慧还是朴拙,无论是机敏还是木讷。每一个天使都需要教师细心呵护,用爱和希望去浇灌。
