在实施新课程之际,针对我校、我地区学校班额大,学生人数多,场地设施、器材都比较紧缺,专业教师数量相对紧张,学生在校活动场地受限,参与运动的积极性不高等情况,我们着重通过对体育人力资源的开发,尽量减小这些因素对体育的影响,使学生从思想上受到体育熏陶,从行为上受到影响,达到上好体育课的效果,从而促进其身心健康,使我们的教育真正做到促进每一个学生的健康发展。通过研究探索一条在新课程下的评价本地区体育教师的方法,总结体育人力资源促进体育教学的经验,寻找整合体育资源的途径,促进终身体育的发展。

Through research, we will explore a method for evaluating PE teachers in the region under the new curriculum, summarize the experience of sports HR in PE teaching, look for ways to integrate sports resources and promote the development of lifelong PE.
