几年来,大庆市一直把《黑龙江政报》的征订工作作为市政府办公室一项重要工作来抓,大力宣传,明确责任,督促落实,不断拓宽征订范围,增加征订数量。一是加强对《黑龙江政报》的宣传。主要做了以下工作:一是以市政府办公室文件形式印发通知,下发到各县区人民政府和县(处)级企事业单位,利用《通知》进行宣传;二是专门召开由市辖各县、区政府、市直机关各委、办、局处办公室和中省直企业单位办公室主任参加的全市《黑龙江政报》征订发行工作会议,进行宣传;三是利用新闻媒体宣传《黑龙江政报》,突出宣传其权威性、实用性和指导性的特点,不断扩大《黑龙江政报》的影响;四是利用与市政府领导请示、汇报工作的机
