实现经济和社会事业的新跨越,关键在于建设一支高素质的干部队伍,建立一套行之有效的领导干部考核方法和选贤任能机制。为此,笔者就改进干部考核方法提出几点建议。灵活机制,坚持动态考核为主首先,要创新干部考核机制,善于抓主要矛盾,坚持用发展的观点辩证地看待干部。要分项科学制定考核标准,突出考核的预见性、针对性和实效性。
