国外的经验表明,应选择煤层稳定,单层厚度大(>0.6m).煤层埋藏浅(<1000m),煤层物性好,裂隙发育。含气量较高(烟煤或半无烟煤)的煤层做为煤层气勘探开发的对象。最优化压裂设计是增产的关键,国外目前已建立了一批适于煤层气井的压裂软件,可供我们借鉴。应根据煤层的地质特征,选择合适的压裂液和支撑剂:冻胶压裂液适于高渗透煤层,清水压裂液适于低渗透煤层。作者也曾研制出了两种适于压力系数为1.温度为20℃左右煤层的压裂液。新疆聚煤盆地发育,侏罗系煤炭资源十分丰富。尤其是准噶尔盆地南缘地区煤层厚度大,煤岩热演化程度高,已达气煤阶段,煤层气资源的开发利用有着广阔的前景。
Foreign experience shows that the coal seam should be chosen to be stable with a single layer thickness (> 0.6m). The coal seam is shallow buried (<1000m), and the coal seam has good physical properties and fractures. Coalbed with higher gas content (bituminous coal or semi-anthracite) is the target of CBM exploration and development. Optimizing fracturing design is the key to increasing production. A number of fracturing softwares suitable for coalbed methane wells have been established in foreign countries for our reference. The suitable fracturing fluid and proppant should be selected according to the geological characteristics of the coal seam. The gel fluid of fracturing fluid is suitable for high permeability coal seam and the water of fracturing fluid is suitable for low permeability coal seam. Xinjiang polymetallic basin development, Jurassic coal resources are very rich. Especially in the southern margin of the Junggar Basin, the coal seam has a large thickness and a high degree of thermal evolution of coal and rock, which has reached the coal-gas stage and has great prospects for the development and utilization of coalbed methane resources.
