我国的现今的高职旅游管理专业教学模式存在着教学方法过于单一、教学内容不合理、旅游管理专业课程的考核方式不合理,缺乏多元化的考核指标等问题,导致岗位能力培养目标与市场需求不相适应。为此,本文提出了“六位一体”教学模式,包括以岗位能力需求为导向确定岗位能力培养目标,采用“任务驱动和项目导向”相结合的教学方法,以职业岗位能力训练项目为平台的教学模块整合和改革课程考核方式,建立多元化考核评价体系等。
