与学生个别谈话,是思想教育中普遍运用的一种方法。掌握个别谈话的艺术,是教育工作者,特别是班主任的基本功,是提高教育工作科学性和实效性的要求。本人在黑龙江大庆实验中学从事多年班主任工作,下面谈谈个别谈话的注意事项。要有准备。准备工作包括两个方面。一方面,要知己知彼。个别谈话前谈话者要对自己的特点,特别是对自己的心境状态进行自我分析,设置自我“警戒线”,防止对谈话者产生消极的心理影响。同时,要了解谈话对象的表现、个性,特别是对他以往个别谈话中的心理特征以及谈话前的心境状态,要有—个初步了解。另一方面,应对个别谈话内容及具体方法进行准备思考。由于个别谈话的随机特点,决定了有可能发生各种情况,因此应事先考虑几个方案,以便及时调整。要从不利的方面着想,向最好的方面努力。
Talking with students individually is a commonly used method in ideological education. Grasping the art of individual talks is the basic skill of educators, especially class teachers, and the requirement to improve the scientificity and effectiveness of educational work. I have worked in Daqing Experimental Middle School in Heilongjiang for many years as a teacher in charge of class work. Let’s talk about the notes of individual conversations. Be prepared. Preparation includes two aspects. On the one hand, we must know ourselves. Before the individual conversation, the interviewer should analyze his own characteristics, especially his own state of mind, and set up a “warning line” to prevent negative influence on the interviewer. At the same time, we must have a preliminary understanding of the performance and personality of the interviewees, especially the psychological features of his previous individual conversations and the state of mind before the conversation. On the other hand, we should make preparations for individual conversations and specific methods. Because of the random nature of individual conversations, it is determined that various situations are likely to occur. Therefore, several scenarios should be considered in advance to facilitate timely adjustment. We must work hard in the best possible aspects.
