目的对聚氯化铝的检测分析指标、方法及评价进行探讨,同时抽检2009-2010年四川省生产和使用水处理剂聚氯化铝的卫生状况。方法对四川省的生产单位、使用单位所生产、使用的水处理剂聚氯化铝按省卫生厅的要求进行卫生监督抽样检测,并按卫生部《生活饮用水化学处理剂卫生安全评价规范》(2001)进行评价。结果 2009-2010年抽检生产单位和使用单位的水处理剂聚氯化铝为2009年39件,合格22件,合格率56.4%;2010年12件,合格10件,合格率83.3%。结论 2009-2010年抽检生产单位和使用单位的水处理剂聚氯化铝检测合格率较低,应加强卫生监督的力度,强化质量意识,规范生产单位的生产控制过程,确保聚氯化铝的质量以用于饮水净化处理。
Objective To investigate the index, method and evaluation of the detection and analysis of polyaluminum chloride, and to check the sanitary status of polyaluminum chloride produced and used in Sichuan Province from 2009 to 2010. Methods The polluted water polyaluminum chloride produced and used by the producing units in Sichuan Province was sampled and tested according to the requirements of the Provincial Department of Health. According to the “Health and Safety Evaluation Criteria for Drinking Water Chemical Treatment Agents” of the Ministry of Health, (2001) for evaluation. Results From 2009 to 2010, the polyaluminum chloride (PAC) used as the water treatment agent in sampling units and units was 39 in 2009 with 22 qualified ones, with a pass rate of 56.4%. In 2010, 12 were qualified and 10 were passed with a pass rate of 83.3%. Conclusion From 2009 to 2010, the passing rate of polyaluminum chloride, which is the water treatment agent of sampling and using units, is low. Health supervision should be strengthened, the quality awareness should be strengthened, the production control process of production units should be regulated, Quality for drinking water purification.
