实现社会和谐是古今中外人民的美好追求,思想家们在他们的著作中都把社会和谐作为人类最美好的社会追求。进入21世纪后,中共十六大和十六届三中全会、四中全会,从全面建设小康社会、开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面的全局出发,明确提出构建社会主义和谐社会的战略任务,并将其作为加强党的执政能力建设的重要内容。文章主要从“社会主义和谐社会”这一概念的提出、深刻理解社会主义和谐社会的本质、社会主义和谐社会构建的主要途径三个方面做一论述。
To realize social harmony is a beautiful pursuit of the Chinese and foreign peoples at all times and in all countries. Thinkers regard social harmony as their best social pursuit in their writings. After entering the 21st century, the CPC Central Committee and the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, starting from the overall situation of building a well-off society in an all-round way and creating a new situation in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, clearly set forth the strategic task of building a harmonious socialist society Use it as an important part of strengthening the building of the party’s governing ability. The article mainly discusses the following three aspects: the proposition of “the socialist harmonious society”, the profound understanding of the nature of a socialist harmonious society and the main approaches to building a harmonious socialist society.
