创新是指引入或者产生某种新事物而造成变化。创新包括三种类型,技术创新、管理创新、制度创新。创新能力是一个国家和企业的核心能力。我们要通过发展教育事业,推进风险投资,营造有利于创新的法律和政策环境来提高国家的自主创新能力。
Innovation refers to the introduction or the creation of something new that causes change. Innovation includes three types, technological innovation, management innovation, system innovation. Innovation ability is the core competence of a country and enterprise. We need to improve our country's capacity for independent innovation by developing education, promoting risk investment and creating a legal and policy environment conducive to innovation.
