图书馆联盟的成功与稳定发展在很大程度上依靠联盟内成员馆之间的高度信任来支撑与维持,而各成员馆之间的彼此信任是其联盟成功与稳定发展的关键与基石。基于对图书馆联盟中的信任与信任机制概念的基本分析,研究信任机制的构建在图书馆联盟运行与发展中的作用,从“调整、激励、公平、沟通”等4个方面探讨联盟成员馆间的信任机制建立和培育的方法与途径,以促使联盟成员馆间的初始信任向持续信任、长久信任转化,为图书馆联盟的健康发展提供不竭动力。
The success and steady development of the library alliance are largely supported and maintained by the high degree of trust between the member associations in the Union. The mutual trust among the member libraries is the key and cornerstone for the success and stable development of the alliance. Based on the basic analysis of the concept of trust and trust mechanism in the alliance of libraries, this paper studies the role of the construction of trust mechanism in the operation and development of the library alliance, and discusses the alliance from four aspects: “adjustment, motivation, fairness, communication” The methods and ways of establishing and nurturing the trust mechanism among members and museums are to promote the initial trust among the members of the alliance to continue the trust and long-term trust transformation, and provide an inexhaustible motive force for the healthy development of the library alliance.
