公民参与是现代国家政治生活和政府公共政策过程不可或缺的部分。随着现代社会信息化程度的不断提高,政府要适应时代发展必须加强电子政务建设。本文提出几点关于公民参与型电子政务的改进措施,即以正确的公民参与性电子政务理念为先导,以先进的公民参与性电子政务技术为支撑,以完善的电子政务环境下公民参与的法制为保障,以电子政务为契机进行政府服务流程重组。
