目的:观察梭曼对心脏的直接作用,探讨梭曼中毒对动物心功能的损伤特点。方法:采用大鼠离体灌流心脏为模型,通过向心脏直接灌注梭曼,研究急性梭曼中毒后离体工作心脏功能的变化。结果:离体工作心脏灌注梭曼后,反应心脏收缩性能的指标如左心室内压(LVP)、左室压上升最大速率(+dp/dtmax)、左室收缩成份的缩短速率(Vce-50)等下降十分显著,而与心脏舒张功能有关的指标如左室舒张末压(LVEDP)和左室压下降最大速率(-dp/dtmax)等在中毒早期变化不明显。结论:梭曼对心脏的直接作用的关键环节可能是抑制心肌收缩性能,进而引起心脏整体功能降低
OBJECTIVE: To observe the direct effect of soman on the heart and to explore the characteristics of soman’s damage to heart function. Methods: The isolated perfused heart was used as a model to study the changes of isolated working heart function after acute soman poisoning by directly perfusing soman into the heart. Results: The left ventricular pressure (LVP), the maximum rate of left ventricular pressure (+ dp / dtmax) and the rate of shortening of left ventricular systolic component (Vce-50) , While the indexes related to diastolic function such as left ventricular end diastolic pressure (LVEDP) and maximal rate of left ventricular pressure descent (-dp / dtmax) did not change significantly at early stage of poisoning. CONCLUSIONS: The key aspect of soman’s direct action on the heart may be inhibition of myocardial contractility, which in turn leads to reduced overall cardiac function
