大鼠脑淋巴引流对缺血性脑水肿影响的作用研究

目的 探讨大鼠脑淋巴引流在缺血性脑水肿发生、发展中的作用。方法 应用干湿重法和原子吸收光谱法分析大鼠局灶性脑缺血脑淋巴引流阻断前后缺血区脑组织的含水量、Ca2 + 含量的变化。结果 ①单纯局灶性脑缺血组 (MCAO组 )术后 2 4h、48h、72h缺血区脑含水量较术前明显增高 (P <0 .0 0 1)。局灶性脑缺血脑淋巴引流阻断组(MCAO +CLB组 )术后缺血区脑含水量较术前亦明显增高 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,且与同一时间MCAO组相比增加 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。②MCAO组术后缺血区脑组织Ca2 + 含量增加 (P <0 .0 0 1)。MCAO +CLB组术后Ca2 + 含量与同一时间MCAO组相比增加 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。结论 脑淋巴引流参与缺血性脑水肿时水肿液的引流 ,当这一途径发生障碍时 ,可使脑缺血性损害加重。 Objective To investigate the role of cerebral lymphatic drainage in the occurrence and development of ischemic cerebral edema in rats. Methods The changes of water content and Ca2 + content of ischemic brain tissue in rats with focal cerebral ischemia / reperfusion after occlusion were analyzed by dry-wet method and atomic absorption spectrometry. Results ① Compared with the preoperative level, the water content of cerebral ischemia in focal cerebral ischemia group (MCAO group) at 24 hours, 48 ​​hours and 72 hours after operation was significantly increased (P <0.01). Cerebral water content in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion group (MCAO + CLB group) was also significantly higher than that before operation (P <0.01), and compared with MCAO group at the same time Increase (P <0. 05 or P <0. 01). ② The content of Ca2 + in brain tissue of MCAO group was increased after operation (P <0.01). The content of Ca2 + in MCAO + CLB group increased compared with MCAO group at the same time (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion Cerebral lymphatic drainage is involved in the drainage of edematous fluid during ischemic cerebral edema. When this pathway is impaired, cerebral ischemic damage may be aggravated.
