目前,在一些教师中存在着职业倦怠问题。对此,本文以中学化学教师职业倦怠为例,通过查阅文献、观察等方法,并结合笔者前期教育教学工作的实践感悟做了相关研究。研究发现,中学化学教师职业倦怠问题主要表征为心理上的失衡、情绪上的失常和行为上的失控。该问题主要是社会、学校和个体等诸多因素综合作用所导致的,对教育教学有着严重的负面影响。最后,基于中学化学教师职业倦怠问题,本文提出了“立体化”破解路径,希望能够为有效解决教师职业倦怠问题提供方法和思路。
At present, there are some teachers in the problem of job burnout. In this regard, this article takes the secondary school chemistry teacher’s job burnout as an example to do some researches based on literature review and observation, combined with the practice sentiment of the author’s early education and teaching work. The study found that the secondary school chemistry teacher burnout mainly characterized by psychological imbalance, emotional disorders and behavioral control. The problem is mainly caused by the combined effect of many factors such as society, schools and individuals, and has a serious negative impact on education and teaching. Finally, based on the problem of job burnout of chemistry teachers in middle school, this paper puts forward the path of “three-dimensional ” and hopes to provide methods and ideas for effectively solving the problem of teacher burnout.
