为了确保核工业矿冶系统的安全生产和部分单位退役治理工作顺利进行,保障调整结构,深化改革和加速转民计划的实现,近日在北京召开了矿冶系统安防工作会议。会议总结交流了1993年安防环保工作和退役环境治理工作经验,表彰了1993年度安全生产先进单位。针对1993年存在的问题,提出了改进措施,并布置了1994年安防环保和退役治理的任务。
In order to ensure the safe operation of the mining and metallurgical industry in the nuclear industry and the smooth retirement management of some units, ensure structural readjustment, deepen reform and speed up the realization of the Migration Program, a working conference on the safety of mining and metallurgy was held in Beijing recently. The meeting summed up the exchange of experience in environmental protection in 1993 and retired environmental governance work, commended the 1993 advanced units of production safety. In view of the existing problems in 1993, some measures for improvement are put forward and the tasks of security, environmental protection and decommissioning in 1994 are arranged.
