区域整合成为当前城市区域保持自身发展地位、提升整体竞争力、实现可持续发展的主动手段之一,综合交通是区域整合的影响因素和重要内容之一.强调区域综合交通与经济、社会、生态环境之间的协调发展,加强多种交通方式的协调和衔接,构建可持续发展的综合交通系统,是区域整合的必然要求和趋势。本文分析了区域整合背景下综合交通的基本准则、规划目标、发展战略和系统框架,这些都是区域综合交通规划的核心内容,对单项交通设施的规划以及整个综合交通系统的建设具有十分重要的指导意义。本文还针对不同类型的城市区域,在分析综合交通的特征和问题的基础上,提出了规划重点和引导城镇空间布局措施。
