锗与某些多元酚的络合物的极谱波已有报导,但灵敏度不高。我们发现,在弱酸性介质中,有四价钒存在时,锗与邻苯三酚的络合物能产生一个十分灵敏的极谱催化波。实验选定的测定锗的最佳底液条件为pH2硫酸介质,0.2%邻苯三酚-0.02M钒(Ⅳ)-0.0004MEDTA二钠盐-0.08%抗坏血酸。锗的测定下限为0.0004微克/毫升。其峰电位为-0.53伏(VS.S.C.E)。本法用抗坏血酸还原有氧化性的高价离子,用EDTA二钠盐掩蔽某些干扰离子,不需分离,可直接加底液测定矿石中0.01—0.0000X%的锗。
Polarographic waves of complexes of germanium with certain polyhydric phenols have been reported, but the sensitivity is not high. We found that in weakly acidic media, the presence of tetravalent vanadium, germanium and pyrogallol complexes can produce a very sensitive polarographic catalytic wave. The optimum conditions for the determination of germanium in the experiment were pH2 sulfuric acid medium, 0.2% pyrogallol 0.02M vanadium (Ⅳ) -0.0004MEDTA disodium salt -0.08% ascorbic acid. The lower limit of determination of germanium is 0.0004 μg / ml. Its peak potential is -0.53 volts (VS.S.C.E). This method uses ascorbic acid to reduce oxidized high-priced ions, with EDTA disodium salt to mask some interfering ions, without separation, can be directly added to the bottom liquid determination of ore 0.01-0.0000X% germanium.
