目的:研究黄杞总黄酮(TotalFlavoneofEngelhardtiaRoxburghianaTFER)的活血化瘀作用。方法:采用兔血浆复钙试验、大鼠体外血小板聚集和体内血栓形成方法、大鼠急性“血瘀”证血液流变学指标、高脂血症小鼠血脂含量和常压耐缺氧时间等,观察TFER的活血化瘀作用;用小鼠急性毒性试验,观察TFER的毒性情况。结果:TFER具有体外抗凝、抗血小板聚集和抗血栓形成作用;能降低血液粘度和血脂水平;延长耐缺氧时间。其急性毒性的最大耐受量为198g/kg结论:TFER具有较明显的活血化瘀作用,可为临床应用提供科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of blood circulation and mobilization of total flavonoids (TotalFlavoneofEngelhardtiaRoxburghianaTFER). METHODS: Rabbit plasma recalcification test, platelet aggregation in vitro and thrombosis in vivo, hemorheological indexes of acute “blood stasis” syndrome in rats, blood lipid content in hyperlipidemic mice, and hypoxia tolerance at normal pressure, etc. Observe the effect of TFER on blood circulation, and observe the toxicity of TFER by using acute toxicity test in mice. RESULTS: TFER has anticoagulant, antiplatelet aggregation and antithrombotic effects in vitro; it can reduce blood viscosity and blood lipid levels; and prolongs resistance to hypoxia. The maximum tolerated dose of acute toxicity is 198g/kg Conclusion: TFER has obvious effect on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, which can provide scientific basis for clinical application.
