黑龙江省水利科学研究院综合试验基地是一个以水利科研为主,集种植、养殖、旅游观光等多业并举的综合性科研试验基地。基地占地面积23万平方米,建有综合试验楼、信息培训楼、冻土实验室、成果展示厅、气象场、节水灌溉技术与设备博览园、大田喷灌区、渗灌区、露地蔬菜微喷灌区、果园和分化苗木喷灌区等科研基地设施。这些基础设施为水利科研事业的发展提供了强大平台。夏季,基地内绿草如茵、缘树成荫,宽阔的水面时有鱼儿跃出,再加上特色建筑的点缀,环境优美,风格自成一体。该基地以技术创新为突破口,以构筑节水农业科技为支撑,以无公害绿色优质农产品为拳头,以招商引资多渠道开发为手段,正在加快高效、高科技、可持续发展和观光旅游相联动的节水型农业科技示范基地的建设步伐。
