一、前言 枪管的生产实践表明,电液压加工直纹的出现是与热轧钢材中残余元素磷、铜的含量有关的。在工厂现行生产条件之下,磷含量若超过0.02%,铜含量若超过0.10%,直纹就有可能出现;超过愈多,直纹愈重。相反,磷、铜含量都低于此二数者,直纹一般都很轻。 以我厂六个炉号的生产用钢为例,说明磷铜含量与直纹的关系,见表1。
First, the foreword The practice of barrel production shows that the emergence of electro-hydraulic processing ruled with the hot-rolled steel in the residual elemental phosphorus, copper content. Under the existing production conditions in the factory, if the phosphorus content exceeds 0.02% and the copper content exceeds 0.10%, the ruled lines may appear; more than the more, the straight lines are heavier. In contrast, phosphorus, copper content is lower than these two, the ruler is generally very light. Taking the production steel of the six furnaces in our factory as an example, the relationship between phosphor bronze content and ruled lines is shown in Table 1.
