自2001年教育部大力提倡在高校开展双语教学以来,我国高校的双语教学已经历了十年的历程。回顾国内外双语教学发展的历程、比较借鉴国外成功的教学经验将为我国高校进行双语教学质量改革提供有益的反馈信息。本文从双语教学对我国的战略意义谈起,通过对中外双语教学发展历程和特点的比较,围绕教学环境、教师团队、学术研究以及评估机制等几个方面,试图探寻国际双语教学发展对提高我国双语教学质量的重要启示。
Since the Ministry of Education strongly advocated bilingual education in colleges and universities in 2001, the bilingual education in colleges and universities in our country has gone through ten years. Recalling the history of bilingual education both at home and abroad, comparing the successful teaching experience with foreign countries will provide useful feedback information for the bilingual teaching quality reform in Chinese universities. This article starts from the strategic significance of bilingual education to our country. By comparing the development history and characteristics of bilingual education both in China and abroad, we try to find out the ways to promote the development of bilingual education in our country, including teaching environment, teachers’ team, academic research and assessment mechanism.
