国有企业石家庄宝石电子集团公司显像管厂曾是一家利税大户,在全国电子行业500强中赫赫有名,1989年以后,却出现严重亏损,连续3年年亏损额高达千万元以上。然而,谁也没想到,这样一个亏损企业,在一没有增加贷款,二没有增添设备,三没有增加人员的情况下,于1993年一举甩掉了亏损帽子,当年实现利润560万元;今年1—9月份又实现利润2751.11万元,预计全年拿下3500万元的利润目标已是胜券在握。人们不禁要问:他们有什么高招?奥秘何在?我们就此采访了李文良厂长。
The state-owned enterprise Shijiazhuang Baoshi Electronic Group Co., Ltd. was once a large profit-taxing company and was well-known among the top 500 electronics companies in the country.
