文章介绍了地矿部海洋地质研究所通过深化改革总体方案的实施，走科工贸一体化的发展道路。海外地质研究所在坚持主业，“稳定一头”和开拓副业，“放开一片”的改革中取得了较好的科研成果和明显的经济效益。文章探索了搞活科研院所的一条出路。
This article introduces the development of integration of industry and trade through the implementation of the general plan of deepening the reform by the Institute of Marine Geology of the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources. Overseas Institute of Geology has achieved good scientific research and obvious economic benefits in the reform that insisted on the main industry, “stabilized one” and opened up sideline businesses and “liberalized one project.” The article explores a way to invigorate the research institutes.
