压力铸造是最先进的热加工工艺之一,它的生产周期短、效率高、压铸件表面光洁,尺寸精确,强度高。压铸可制造复杂的薄壁件,可实行机械化或自动化生产,减轻工人的劳动强度,改善工作条件。因此,在一些国家的有色金属铸件生产中,压铸已成为一种主要的生产方式。近年来,由于世界经济不景气,整个铸件产量有所下降,压铸件产量也受到不同程度的影响。表1列出了日本、西德两国近年来有色金属及压铸件生产情况。
Pressure casting is one of the most advanced thermal processing technology, its production cycle is short, high efficiency, die-casting surface smooth, accurate size, high strength. Die-casting can be made of complex thin-walled parts, the implementation of mechanized or automated production, reduce labor intensity and improve working conditions. Therefore, in some countries, non-ferrous metal casting production, die-casting has become a major mode of production. In recent years, due to the global economic downturn, the entire castings production declined, die-casting production has also been varying degrees of impact. Table 1 lists the production of nonferrous metals and die-castings in Japan and West Germany in recent years.
