拉曼光谱具有非破坏性、微量精细分辨能力、标本无需特殊处理等优点,目前已显示出在生命科学领域广泛的应用前景。现从检测原理、检测的技术类别、样本的处理、参数的设置、检测数据方面分析拉曼光谱技术应用于疟疾检测的现状,存在的问题和发展前景。
Raman spectroscopy has the advantages of non-destructive, micro-fine resolution, no special treatment of specimens, has shown a wide range of applications in the life sciences. The current situation, existing problems and development prospects of applying Raman spectroscopy to malaria detection are analyzed from the principle of detection, the type of technology tested, the processing of samples, the setting of parameters and the testing data.
