以狗为实验动物,在保持脾静脉压基本不变的情况下,采用对脾动脉加注压积与脾动脉血基本相同的自体血来增加流量的方法,研究增加脾动脉流量对脾红细胞储存的影响。实验结果表明,当脾动脉流量增加时,脾的体积增大,脾内血球压积增加,储存的红细胞增多。在此基础上,根据脾循环的特点,提出了脾循环的并联流动模型,应用该模型,就动脉流量增加使脾储存红细胞增多的机理进行了探讨。
