辉南县林业规划设计,是根据“GST”思想和系统动力学原理,以仿真技术为工具,构造了动态仿真模型。通过微机上摸拟实验,优选出本县以用材林为主,防护林、经济林、薪炭林相结合,多功能高效益的综合林业体系,以达到“青山常在,永续利用”的目的。一.系统诊断通过对林业系统结构功能的分析和诊断可以看出,林业生产无论从森林结构还是经营管理等方面都存在急待解决的问题。 1.林种结构不合理。用材林占林地面积的98%;防护林占1.6%;经济林占0.4%;缺少薪炭林。
