目前,悬挑构件存在以下三方面质量问题: 1.对于悬板式雨篷来讲,为了满足建筑需要,雨篷边上卷较高,端部集中荷载较大,而断面配筋仍按一般选取,且雨篷根部按L/12(L为外挑出长度)取厚度,设计只做强度计算,未做挠度验算。即使强度、挠度能满足,但施工质量却存在问题,如混凝土强度不能达到设计要求,使用后发现挠度偏大,甚至雨篷根部产生裂缝。也有因不能正确保证钢筋位置,减小了计算有效高度,不能满足实际使用荷载要求而裂缝。还有钢筋放反,主筋设计在上皮处,却放到了下皮处,拆模后全部垮掉。
