目的:观察左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(ING-IUS)在流产术中即时放置和月经来潮7天内放置的临床使用半年后效果、副反应、安全性等。方法:在充分咨询下,让患者知情选择并签署同意书后使用LNG-IUS,对248例患者进行(其中流产术中即时放置130例,月经来潮7天内放置118例)定期随访。结果:流产术中即时放置和月经来潮7天内放置在脱落率、下移率、月经经量、周期、避孕率方面无明显差别(P>0.05),出血模式流产术中即时放置优于月经来潮7天内放置。结论:LNG-IUS是一种有效、安全、副反应小的宫内缓释避孕系统。
Objective: To observe the efficacy, side effects and safety of levonorgestrel intrauterine system (ING-IUS) placed in place immediately after abortion and within six days after menstrual cramps. METHODS: With adequate counseling, patients were informed of choice and consent to use LNG-IUS to conduct regular follow-up of 248 patients (130 in abortion and 118 in 7 days). Results: There was no significant difference in dropout rate, down-shift rate, menstrual flow, period and contraceptive rate within 7 days of abortion and within 7 days of menstrual cramps (P> 0.05), and immediate placement in bleeding abortion was superior to menstrual cramps 7 days to place. Conclusion: LNG-IUS is an effective, safe and low-risk intrauterine release-controlled system.
