【政策背景】农村电子商务正成为改变中国农村未来的新兴力量。2014年2月17日,全国电子商务工作会议首次在太原举行。会议提出,今年将大力推动农村和农产品电子商务发展等六项任务。当日,商务部开通了全国电子商务信息管理分析系统和全国农产品商务信息公共服务平台,标志着我国农产品正迎来发展电子商务前所未有的新良机。
Policy Background Rural e-commerce is becoming an emerging force that changes the future of rural China. February 17, 2014, the national e-commerce conference was held in Taiyuan for the first time. The meeting proposed that this year we will vigorously promote the development of rural e-commerce and other six tasks of agricultural products. On the very day, the Ministry of Commerce launched the National E-commerce Information Management Analysis System and the National Agricultural Products Business Information Public Service Platform, marking an unprecedented new opportunity for China’s agricultural products to usher in the development of e-commerce.
