绩效管理是企业通过构建并执行约束和激励机制,帮助企业提高管理效率,帮助管理者提升管理水平,同时能够通过有效的目标分解和逐步逐层绩效任务落实,实现组织的战略目标。本文从不同角度阐述了天京石化公司绩效管理的目的、原则、执行方法等,通过构建起一套高效的绩效管理体系,充分发挥绩效管理在企业管理中的激励和约束作用,从而保证企业健康成长。
Performance management is the enterprise through the construction and implementation of constraints and incentives to help enterprises improve management efficiency, to help managers improve management level, at the same time be able to effectively target decomposition and the gradual implementation of performance-level tasks to achieve the organization’s strategic objectives. This article elaborates the purpose, principle and execution method of Tianjing Petrochemical Company’s performance management from different angles. By constructing a set of efficient performance management system and giving full play to the incentive and restraint function of performance management in enterprise management, growing up.
