在煤矿井下钻进过程中,喷孔事故一直是难以解决而又经常发生的问题。突出松软煤层钻进应使用压风排粉,排粉能力不足容易造成钻孔堵塞,使得瓦斯梯度升高,积聚的瓦斯会突破堵塞,造成喷孔事故。由风流在钻孔内部的各个阻力损失,求出钻进过程中排粉所需要的风压,分析钻孔倾角与钻屑运移的关系,利用合理的排粉参数能够顺利地排出钻屑,减少喷孔事故的发生。
