目的:观察水蛭注射液对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤后TNFα-、IL-lβ和ICAM-1表达的影响,以探讨水蛭注射液对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护机制。方法:96只健康W istar大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、丹参对照组、水蛭注射液组。采用线栓法制作大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,规定时间取脑标本,检测相关指标。结果:再灌注3h后脑组织TNFα-、IL-lβ和ICAM-1含量明显升高,水蛭注射液可以明显降低脑组织TNFα-、IL-lβ和ICAM-1含量(P<0.01~0.05)。结论:水蛭注射液可降低炎性细胞因子TNFα-、IL-lβ和ICAM-1的表达,抗脑缺血后炎症反应,从而起到脑保护作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of ShuiZhi injection on the expression of TNFα, IL-1β and ICAM-1 after focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats and to explore the protective mechanism of ShuiZhi injection on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods: Ninety-six healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group, model group, Salvia miltiorrhiza control group and Shuizhi injection group. The rat model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury was established by the method of thread occlusion, the brain samples were taken for a specified period of time, and the related indexes were detected. Results: The levels of TNFα-, IL-1β and ICAM-1 in brain tissue were significantly increased 3 h after reperfusion, and the content of TNFα-, IL-1β and ICAM-1 in brain tissue of Shuizhi injection group was significantly decreased (P <0.01 ~ 0.05). Conclusion: Shuizhi injection can reduce the expression of inflammatory cytokines TNFα-, IL-1β and ICAM-1, anti-inflammatory reaction after cerebral ischemia, which play a role in cerebral protection.
