随着我国高等教育的迅速发展,招生规模的扩大,高校后勤社会化逐渐增强,形成了具有相对独立性的学生社区。高校的学生管理及培养模式也相应进行了改革。在“学生培养更重要在课外”的钱伟长教育思想的指导下,上海大学学生社区迅速发展。在社区中探索党建的新阵地,加强学生思想政治教育工作的实效性,推进社区党建工作的开展则成为高校面临的重要课题。 With the rapid development of higher education in our country and the expansion of enrollment, the socialization of logistics in colleges and universities has been gradually strengthened and a relatively independent student community has formed. College student management and training mode has also been a corresponding reform. Under the guidance of Qian Weichang’s education philosophy that “student training is more important after class”, the student community in Shanghai University has developed rapidly. The exploration of the new position of party building in the community, strengthening the effectiveness of the ideological and political education work for students, and promoting the party building in the community have become important topics for colleges and universities.
