随着石油开采,油藏的勘探开发难度增大,对钻井液密度要求增高。结合低密度及油基钻井液特点,室内研制出了低密度全油基钻井液体系。该钻井液体系具有很好的流变性,滤失量小(高温高压滤失量为6.6mL),性能稳定(破乳电压≥2000V),并且密度可调控,下限可以低至0.85g/cm3,具有好的抗污染能力,抑制性强及储藏保护效果好,可以应用于复杂敏感性地层,有利于提高机械钻速、井壁稳定性及储层保护。
