农业对每个国家的发展和各国人民的生活都起到至关重要的作用,而灌溉区的改造是在提高农业生产率的同时,起到改善生态环境、有效节约水资源的作用。随着我国农业水利工程的不断发展和完善,灌溉区内的作物生长水平及经济效益都有了明显的提高,想要使中型灌溉节水区发挥更大的潜力,需要从组织管理、节水工程建设、资金管理、建立长效管理机制等几个方面着手。
