知识产权作为无形财产权,在当今社会越来越受到人们的重视。作为知识产权的一种,商标的作用和价值也日益凸显。商标已不仅仅是一个简单的区别符号,它已经发展成为一个内涵更加丰富、意味更加深远的信使。作为商标的一种特殊形式,驰名商标由于其特有的经济价值而为人们所推崇。从某种意义上讲,驰名商标就是重要的生产力、就是市场、就是效益,保护驰名商标就是保护生产力,有利于促进社会经济的健康发展。驰名商标保护制度作为一项重要的知识产权制度在中国经历着一个发展、成熟、完善的阶段。
As an intangible property right, intellectual property is getting more and more attention in today’s society. As a kind of intellectual property, the role and value of trademarks have become increasingly prominent. A trademark is more than just a simple sign of differentiation; it has evolved into a richer, more profound messenger. As a special form of trademark, well-known trademark is praised highly by its unique economic value. In a sense, a well-known trademark is an important productive force, that is, a market, that is, benefits. To protect a well-known trademark is to protect the productive forces and to promote the healthy development of society and economy. Well-known trademark protection system as an important system of intellectual property in China is experiencing a stage of development, maturity and improvement.
